Our company:
In 2002 we first saw the light, when the company was founded with the objective of serving the upcoming fiber-to-the-home market. With an experienced team, with backgrounds in long distance optical communications and networks, Genexis introduced the first fully integrated home gateway for the European FTTH market. This compact active FTTH module includes integrated fiber management. In 2006 this product was exclusively selected for the Citynet project in Amsterdam, one of the leading European FTTH deployments. Today, Genexis’ home gateways are used by FTTH operators worldwide.
Our solution:
The Genexis CPE, or home gateway, is a complete solution that overcomes the challenges in deploying fiber-to-the-home. It combines ease of installation, simple yet powerful provisioning and a full set of triple play services to the end-user. Installers confirm that the Genexis gateway saves valuable installation time. The ease of provisioning and reliability of the Genexis products translate to low operation cost. With the Genexis product portfolio our customers can create versatile and open FTTH networks. Our solid technical knowledge and skills in fiber technology, Ethernet/IP and CATV networks, result in superior product performance. The CPE is not only a demarcation point of the network but also an extension of active networks in the home. Therefore our CPE has been designed to be robust, reliable and power efficient.
