Iskratel secures a major GPON ONT deal
Having recently won the tender for GPON ONT with one of the biggest Tier-1 telecom operators in Russian Federation, Iskratel continues its series of success stories with fibre-optical broadband access.
At the tender, Iskratel won with the Innbox G84 GPON home gateway.
Officially, the multi-million dollar tender was won already in last year; nevertheless, the complex service-delivery model and to need to adhere strictly to the customer's requirements for specific customisation caused integration to finish only earlier this year.
In spite of strict requirements, Iskratel's experts succeeded to pass the certification of Innbox G84 in customer's labs in record time – in half the time that the closest competitor needed.
Manufacturing and shipping of Innbox G84 home gateways is now in full swing.
